"How do I redeem my copy of Client Portal from the webinar deal?”

When you bought from the webinar, you'll have been given a unique code to redeem Client Portal. Simply click 'Redeem' on the Single Site License and in the Coupon Code box, enter your unique code and click 'Apply'.

This code should discount your cart to $0. You should not be prompted to enter any credit card details or pay any amount. If this happens, contact us for assistance.

"Do webinar customers get free updates and support for life?”

Yes! If you bought during our webinar promotion, you get all the future updates and our email/phone support for free, forever (you lucky duck!).

"Is Client Portal just for web designers?”

Absolutely not! Client Portal is used by all sorts of people. From copywriters to estate agents. Consultants to furniture shops. Client Portal is for anyone who needs to keep files and software in sync with other people.

You can even use Client Portal in other areas of your business. You could use it as lightweight courseware for something you're teaching, or as a free resource centre for your clients. Stay tuned, because we're about to launch a whole heap of Client Portal inspiration to show you just how much you can do with one simple tool.

“How do I know if this will help me?”

Are you a freelancer or agency who works with clients, and typically uses a number of services for each project? Do you regularly get emails from clients who forgot how to login to your project management tool, can't remember where you put their style guide, and has no idea how to get to your staging server?

"Are you planning any more releases?”

Yep! Client Portal is a new product so it's changing quickly. I want to make sure it's as useful to as many people as possible so if there is anything you'd like to see email me!

"Do I have to know how to code to use this?"

Nope. If your website uses WordPress you can upload the custom plugin and update it without having to dip into code.

All of the settings are easy to change, from adding a new module to changing the colour of the template. Everything is easy to use for non-developers.

"Does this work with anything other than WordPress?”

No. At the moment Client Portal is only a WordPress plugin. We may be releasing versions for other CMS’s like SquareSpace or even a hosted version in the future. If this is something you’d like to see please let me know.

"How does the on-on-one setup work?”

Anyone who purchases Client Portal will be invited to schedule a call where we will personally get you set up and show you the ropes. I want to make sure you get this implemented into your business as quickly and seamlessly as possible. What other plugin offers that?

"What is your refund policy?”

If ClientPortal doesn't 1) help make you look significantly more professional to your clients and 2) minimise "how do I find that again?" emails and Skype messages, then I don't want your money. Just write into AppSumo within the first 60 days of purchasing and they will handle the refund for you.
