How does Client Portal fit within your workflow?

Client Portal is ridiculously easy to use and integrate with your current workflow. See how you can use it here.

1. Create your portal

When you get a new project, you create a new portal for your client. Simply fill in the details for the project: the deliverables, estimated completion date and so on. Then add any materials you already have available for them.

Step 1: create a new client portal

2. Give your clients access

Then give your client a link to their portal, along with their unique log in information. The portal will be there for them to keep referring back to throughout the project.

Step 2: give your clients access

3. Update as you go

You can set your modules up and mark them as in progress, completed or inactive and as you complete more project deliverables, simply link them up to the portal for your client to view.

Step 3: mark modules as complete, in progress or inactive

Client Portal is purposefully simple. It doesn’t get in the way of your existing process, it just enhances the experience your clients have with you.

“I can now focus on my actual work that helps clients grow their businesses instead of looking for lost documents somewhere in my email inbox.

— Mojca Mars, Super Spicy Media

While working remotely with international clients is fantastic, it does come with its challenges. I love being organized, but when it came to client’s documents, there just wasn’t a great solution for me that would allow me to put all documents in one organized space while keeping everything neatly packed and looking as professional as my services are.

When I first saw Client Portal, I knew this is the solution I was looking for all along. I immediately downloaded it, implemented it and sent it to my clients. And they LOVED it. All they need to do now is visit a designated URL and all of their important documents are stored there. No more back and forth. It’s all there, whenever they need it.

Not only is this a professional solution that everyone should use for their clients, it also makes you more effective. Whenever you need something, you can just look it up there instead of trying to figure out where you put it. I can now focus on my actual work that helps clients grow their businesses instead of looking for lost documents somewhere in my email inbox.
