Paid discovery gives you the opportunity to charge your clients for the discovery and proposal stage of the project. Paid discovery is a way to assess your client's business and come up with a recommended roadmap (essentially a proposal) on what they need to do to reach their goals.
The idea is that they will hire your agency to fulfil the roadmap, but even if they decide not to you've earned some extra income for a consulting project which is valuable in its own right. This Client Portal template makes the process easier (and more professional) by keeping everything in one place.
How to import the Paid Discovery template into Client Portal
Once you've downloaded the .xml file above, navigate to your WordPress dashboard and go to Tools -> Import.
Next, choose "WordPress" and click "Run Importer".
Upload the .XML file you downloaded earlier. Then click "Upload file and import".
Tip: You may want to keep the "Download and import file attachments" box unchecked, since you will likely be replacing any file attachments with your own. This will help keep your website leaner.
