Client Portal version 5.4 has been released!
I'm really excited to announce that we have launched the much-requested image slider feature!
Now if you upload images to Client Portal, your clients will be able to preview them in a beautiful slider.
Many of you have been asking for this for a long time, so I know this new update is going to make a lot of people happy 😊
You may have noticed that we've also redesigned our blog so it'll be much easier to find and read everything about project management, client portal news, and more. We've got a ton of content in the pipeline and the new blog is going to make publishing so much easier.
We're constantly releasing new fixes and smaller features for Client Portal. We won't list them all here but you can check out our changelog to see everything that's been happening.
Some of the updates include:
- Improved compatibility with the Avada theme.
- Added proper support for using HTML markup in the modules.
- Added support for Templates in Five (check out this support doc for info on templates and patterns).
- Added support for the HM Multiple Roles plugin.
- Added type to search functionality in the Content Pages module.
What's next for Client Portal?
We're now working on another feature that has been consistently requested from the beginning: Comments in content pages.
Soon you and your clients will be able to leave comments in content pages so you can get feedback directly in your portals!
Here's a preview:
It's been a great quarter for Client Portal. It feels good to release some new features now we have finished the herculean task of the block editor integration.
Now we're back onto a more regular feature update schedule, let me know if there is a particular feature that you'd love to see in Client Portal.
You can see the current feature requests we have on our roadmap but if you have anything you'd like to add, we'd love to hear from you. Contact us here and tell me what you'd like to see.
That's it from us! We hope you enjoy this new update and please don't hesitate to give us your feedback on how we can improve it or any other features you'd like to see in a future release
